For all of our electric bike tours, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old. You will need to bring a smartphone that can access the Dott app.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
*Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.

A few things to remember before you join us in London.
Please read this email carefully as it includes important information about your tour!

1) Please remember to check the weather on the day of your tour and remember to wear appropriate clothing including gloves (if necessary)!
2) We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to complete setting up your Dott account and safety tutorial.
This is an outdoor activity that runs rain or shine, please bring appropriate clothing including comfortable footwear and gloves.
If you are participating in winter, it is important to bring appropriate clothing for all weathers, this means appropriate footwear, a warm coat or a rain jacket.
If it is raining or cold we strongly recommend wearing gloves, waterproof if possible!
We may cancel if there is heavy rain or snow. We will only cancel tours if the weather makes for an unsafe riding experience.
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour so we can sort every participant out with an e-bike and helmet.
Please note that we need to ensure all customers are using their e-bike safely, this means if you arrive late you may miss our safety tutorial and therefore the tour itself. You can read more information on our Safety Page.
