Your Explorer Pass includes:

Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. When you get to each attraction, tour, or activity, show your pass for entry. You've got total control of your sightseeing - plan ahead, or choose attractions as you go!
During business hours we will send you your digital London Explorer Pass within 15mins of receiving your completed order & we guarantee you will always have your digital pass for the start of your day in London.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
